What’s red, white, and delicious all over? Oh. You’re lookin’ at it.

July 4th Greek-Yogurt Pops

Perfect for slicing through the mid-day heat on the 4th, these popsicles are delicious and fairly healthy – especially as holiday treats go.

July 4th Greek-Yogurt PopsIngredients:
12 oz. Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
Blueberries and sliced strawberries

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and honey.
  2. Gently stir in the desired amount of blueberries and strawberries. We used about 1 strawberry and 5 blueberries per popsicle, but you may use more or less depending on the size of the mold.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert wooden or plastic popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for 24 hours and enjoy!

Makes about 6 popsicles, depending on the size of the molds.
